... the Wynnstay Hotel, Oswestry>> was the venue for the IBB-IJLB Association AGM 2010 on October 9th.

The IBB-IJLB Association Annual General Meeting took place on October 9, 2010 at the Wynnstay Hotel, Oswestry.



A quick summary of the minutes.


- The Constitution has been changed however as yet no details of the change has been made available.

- There will be a reunion at Oswestry on June 4th 2011.

- Foxy Fowler has taken over from Paul as Treasurer.

- The Association has £4k in the bank. They gave £150 to the Palace Barracks Memorial and intend to give £500 to Help for Heroes.

- Association Officers will be paid extraordinary expenses in the future.

- New lapel badges are up for grabs if you're a life member of the IBB-IJLB Association.

- No decision was made regarding grammatical errors on the main plaque displayed on the memorial at Oswestry and members present voted that the committee should be free to do whatever they like.





Following a meeting held in the town on 13th October, it is expected that Ken Nicol, Secretary, will be asked to replace the main plaque at the same time as works are carried out to repair the base>>
